Shipping policy

At JoyLab Toys, we're committed to getting your order to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. This Shipping Policy outlines our processing times, shipping methods, and what you can expect when you place an order with us.


1. Order Processing

Once you complete your purchase, we get to work right away:

  • Order Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation immediately after placing your order
  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days
  • Shipping Notification: You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

Note: Processing times may be longer during peak seasons (holidays, sales events) or due to high order volume. We'll notify you if there are any delays.

2. Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Standard Shipping

  • Most economical option
  • Typically takes 7-15 business days after order is shipped
  • Tracking provided

Expedited Shipping

  • Faster delivery option
  • Typically takes 5-10 business days after order is shipped
  • Tracking provided

Express Shipping

  • Priority handling and fastest delivery
  • Typically takes 3-7 business days after order is shipped
  • Tracking provided

Important: Shipping timeframes are estimates and begin once your order has been shipped from our facility. Actual transit times may vary based on your location, carrier performance, and external factors beyond our control (weather, customs delays, carrier disruptions).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery address
  • Order weight and dimensions
  • Selected shipping method

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email with your tracking number
  • A link to track your package in real-time
  • Updates on your package's journey

You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.

5. Shipping Locations

Domestic Shipping (United States and Canada)

We deliver all over Canada except Nunavut.

We ship to all 50 U.S. states, including:

  • Contiguous United States
  • Alaska and Hawaii (may have extended timeframes and higher shipping costs)
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands - may have extended timeframes)

International Shipping

We currently ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to:

  • Extended processing and transit times (except for the U.K, Ireland, Australia and New Zealand where shipping is faster)

6. Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to:

    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
    • Failed delivery attempts
    • Refusal of package
    • Unclaimed package

You will be contacted to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

7. Address Changes

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it:

    • Check with neighbors or household members
    • Look for a delivery notice or safe drop location
    • Wait 24-48 hours (sometimes carriers mark items delivered prematurely)
    • Contact us if you still haven't received it after 48 hours

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

    • Take photos of the damaged packaging and items
    • Contact us within 48 hours at contact@joylabtoys.com
    • Include your order number and photos
    • We'll work with you to resolve the issue promptly

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order:

    • Contact us immediately at contact@joylabtoys.com
    • Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped
    • Once shipped, standard return procedures apply (see our Return Policy)

10. Multiple Item Orders

Orders containing multiple items may ship in separate packages to ensure faster processing. You may receive:

    • Multiple tracking numbers
    • Packages arriving on different days
    • Items from different warehouse locations

This is normal and helps us get your order to you as quickly as possible. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for split shipments.

11. Peak Season & Holiday Shipping

During busy periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, back-to-school season), please allow extra time for:

    • Order processing (may take 3-5 business days)
    • Carrier transit times (may be extended due to high volume)
    • Customer service response times

We recommend ordering early during holiday seasons to ensure timely arrival.

12. P.O. Boxes & Military Addresses

P.O. Boxes

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using USPS shipping methods. However, some carriers cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, which may limit your shipping options.

APO/FPO/DPO Addresses

We're proud to ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO). Please note:

    • Transit times may be longer
    • Tracking may be limited once the package enters military postal system
    • Some restrictions may apply to certain products
