Tried it in a bathtub. Works fine. Let's see how it does at the cottage. Update: Okay after playing with this for the first time it's so much fun for the kids. This thing goes pretty fast as well. I'm super happy with the purchase. Few things to keep in mind 1. I don't know how far it will go before the remote will lose connection. 2. I only use it maybe two weekends a month. 3. We play with it about 15-20min in one sitting before we stop to charge (we can still use it for more but there's no battery indicator) 4. Water does get in the unit so i highly suggest after playing with it remove the cover, turn it off, lightly shake whatever water got inside, let it dry (but not in the sun). Me personally i wipe the outside with a microfiber and dry what i can on the inside and let it dry. For the price honestly it's great fun, hopefully it lasts long. Thank you!

Got this for my son and we took it to the lake. Its fast, like actually fast. The dual motors give it good power. Battery lasts maybe 20 mins which is decent. Its ok. Speed is good when it works. But the waterproofing isnt perfect, water definitely gets inside. I have to open it and dry it every time or it starts acting weird. Also no battery indicator so you dont know when its about to die. For the price its decent but dont expect premium quality. My kid still uses it though.
